Exchange & Return Policy:

Kindly note that all exchanges and returns are accepted only after the customer informs us of any issue within two days of delivery.

Exchanges/Returns are accepted only if:

  1. A defective/damaged product is delivered, OR
  2. A wrong product/size (different from order placed) is delivered.

In such cases, we can replace the product with the correct item of the same value. There are no extra charges, and we can arrange to have the reverse pickup.
If the value of the replacement product is higher, then the difference must be paid online.

The products must have the original sticker label attached, be folded correctly, and be adequately packed so they are not damaged in transit. Without this, the exchange/return will not be processed.

We do refunds only in genuine cases of delivery of defective products or wrong products, and on no other grounds.
In the event of faulty/wrong delivery, you must email our customer support executives at support@auraaddict.com with your order details, nature of the issue, and clear photographs of the defective/wrong product.

In some exceptional cases, if a return is accepted (no delivery issue and the correct product is delivered), then ₹100 will be deducted from the refund towards reverse pickup service, as logistics costs have significantly increased recently.
The refund will be provided in the same bank account from where the money was deducted or to your given bank account.

Also, note that the T-shirt’s color and design may vary slightly from those displayed on our website, social media pages, and ads.
Returns and refunds are not possible if there is a slight variation in the color or design of the delivered product.

In the event that, upon verification, the defect is found to be incurred due to the customer’s actions or omissions, we will not be responsible for refunding any amount.

To avoid such issues, please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify.

Exchange/Return requests will only be processed once per order.
Any product that has been used/washed once cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Any product bought during a sale or with a discount code will not be eligible for a refund.

Since each product is Print-On-Demand (Customized), we request you to check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided for size issues.
